Nope! Our technicians are equipped with all necessary materials and tools to complete any service. However, for specialized services, such as our Atomized Sanitation Service, we do ask customers to not re-enter the location for a period of time to ensure their safety.

Our primary disinfectant utilized can be found on the EPA’s List N: COVID-19 Disinfectants, under registration no. 1839-83. This quaternary ammonium compound is ready-to-use and safe to use on a variety of surfaces and locations.

No. Since we opened our doors in 2007, we have prided ourselves in being a company focused on gaining our customers' trust and establishing a close bond with them. As such, we do not require a contract and work closely with all our customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Timing depends on both the service being performed and the location. For our weekly services, the service itself may take up to 30 minutes, again depending on the size of the location. Our Complete Deep Cleaning and Pressure Washing services can take up to an hour, while our Atomized Sanitation may take up to 30 minutes. The cost of services is dependent on the service itself and the size of the facility. However, we are always more than happy to send a technician to your location to not only view the area but to discuss what will be done and provide you with a quote.
